Docs@BlueVault (formerly CMSdocs) is a secure information repository that allows for the centralized hosting of documents and related data, including company records, invoices, reports, contracts, forms and more. Once assigned a user account, authorized individuals in multiple offices can collaborate as if they are working right in the same location.  BlueVault® is an authorized iCONECT Development Application Provider.

Docs@BlueVault’s network servers seamlessly communicate with your database to display the requested information on your desktop or laptop computer in real time. The system is powerful, fast, easy to administer and requires virtually no downtime for maintenance and upgrades.

Lawyers, clients, paralegals and where appropriate other users such as co-counsel, have easy-to-use access to specific documents. Using a secured user and password ID, assigned individuals can access data and collaborate with nothing more than Internet Explorer or Netscape.
