The BlueVault® core application is Claimant Tracking System (CTS) – an intuitive information system designed to mimic a typical law firm file for an individual claim or case. CTS also collects data related to all claims in the system and makes not only the actual case files, but the related data and analyses, instantly and simultaneously available to designated members of your litigation team.
The system provides standardized information for case management, litigation support, claim status review, and risk analysis. It retains and quickly communicates information related to individual and multiple claim litigation. CTS includes a categorized document archive for easy uploading and quick location of claim documents such as medical records, depositions, pleadings and attorney notes. Full text searching of selected case documents is available.
Claimant Tracking System allows standard and customizable reporting of claim status and activity. It is available full time via the Internet under a tightly defined security method and supported by dedicated information technology professionals.
CTS is the foundation of a multiple claim coordination process because it serves as a gateway for every member of the litigation team both to the actual claim file and, for selected participants, to the collective claims data. It provides all counsel – from local to coordinating to company counsel – with instant access to each individual claim file. And it provides company and coordinating counsel with necessary information for analyzing litigation trends, assessing case and claims risk, managing cases, and controlling the trial and settlement processes.
CTS provides high value to clients four ways:
- Standardized data and procedures for reducing counsel and processing costs.
- Ready identification of claim risks for managing indemnity costs.
- Broad based standard data for actuarially assessing and managing corporate risk
- Each claim file is instantly available to all members of your litigation team.
CTS can be extended to a wide variety of matters, and is readily configurable for specific, standardized matter notation and procedures.
