CorpTask® provides corporate secretaries a platform for managing and delegating routine corporate governance duties in even the most complex corporate environments.  CorpTask® is designed with workflow at its core, assisting the corporate secretary in delegating routine governance and compliance tasks to subordinates or outside counsel.  Among the tasks offered by CorpTask® are workflow for performing annual shareholder and director meetings, officer and director slate changes, resignations, corporation and LLC formation and dissolution, and amending of by-laws.  The workflow system is flexible enough to allow for customization for any corporate environment.

CorpTask® also offers a robust rules-engine that provides jurisdictional and, when populated by the client, specific by-law information that helps to enforce corporate compliance for each entity and an extensive document repository for storage of Minute Books and other governance documentation.  Because CorpTask® is a hosted application, no internal computing hardware or software installation is required.  After a short setup period, clients can log in and begin to use CorpTask®.
